Welcome to Mana Bay Resort. To ensure a pleasant and secure stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and accept the following terms and conditions.
Check-In / Check-Out :
Check-in time: 2:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification and Registration :
A valid government-issued photo ID/passport is required at check-in. Guests must complete and sign the registration form upon arrival. The primary guest must be 18 years or older.
Room Use & Occupancy :
The room rate includes accommodation and applicable taxes. Maximum occupancy:
Premium Room: 2 adults + 1 child Deluxe Twin/Queen Room: 2 adults + 1 child Suites: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults only
Extra child (5-12 yrs) costs BDT 4,000 net per night including mattress and breakfast. (Only in premium Rooms) No parties or gatherings are permitted in guest rooms.
Smoking & Prohibited Items :
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Use of hookahs, candles, incense sticks, flammable items, and any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Penalty of 5k BDT applies.
Damage, Loss, and Liability :
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property. The resort is not liable for lost or stolen items not secured in the in-room safe. Any damage to the Property will be charged to the guest's account.
Children and Extra Guests :
Children under 5 years stay free using existing bedding. (within extra person policy). Extra Mattress are available upon request (charges may apply). For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by adults at all times in public areas.
Noise and Behavior :
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Disruptive behavior affecting other guests may lead to eviction without refund.
Pets :
Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved under specific circumstances (e.g., service animals).
Use of Facilities :
The use of our banquet hall, movie theatre, kids' area, adult game zone, and atrium must follow operational hours and staff instructions. The hotel reserves the right to restrict or deny access to facilities for safety or maintenance.
Security and Surveillance :
The property is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for guest safety.Guests are expected to cooperate with security procedures.
Payment and Cancellation :
All charges must be settled before check-out unless credit arrangements have been made. Refunds are subject to the booking policy used during reservation.
Force Majeure :
The resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil disturbances).
