All the Published rates include complimentary breakfast and includes 10% service charge & 15% VAT per room/night which attracts compound calculation. All the rates quoted above are double occupancy basis. For Suite rooms, Maximum number of adults allowed in a room is 2 Adults & 2 Child (Below 5 years) or 3 Adults. For any additional children BDT 4000 will be charged per room/night.

Our Check-In time is 14:00 hours and Check-Out time is 12:00 hours. Early check in or late check out is purely subject to availability, guests that arrive prior to 14:00 hours, the resort will make all the endeavors to provide the room. All the reservations should be guaranteed by Bkash or Bank transfer. 50% Advance is mandatory & one night’s room charge will be applicable for No Shows unless hotel receives cancellation request in writing 72 hours before the Check-in time.
