Manabay Resort is very luxury. Because the place is known for being quite pricey compared to typical local resorts, especially for food, beverages and extras like cabanas or parking inside the water park.
All the Published rates include Four (4) complimentary breakfast and are subject to 10% service charge & 15% VAT per room/night which attracts compound calculation. All the rates quoted above are double occupancy basis. Maximum number of adults allowed in a room is two Adult persons & Two Children for additional adult BDT 3,500 will be charged per room/night.

- Lost room key (1000৳ fine)

All the reservations should be guaranteed by Bkash or Bank transfer. 50% Advance is mandatory & one night’s room charge will be applicable for No Shows unless hotel receives cancellation request in writing 72 hours before the Check-in time.
